The Company hereby declares that it will focus on the following items in order to build new partnerships by promoting collaboration, coexistence, and co-prosperity with all business partners in the supply chain and business operators working to create value.

Coexistence and co-prosperity with the entire supply chain, and new collaboration that goes beyond scale and corporate groups, etc.
By influencing not only direct business partners but also the business partners in deep layers of supply chain, along with making efforts to improve added value in the entire supply chain, we intend to build coexistence and co-prosperity with business partners through collaboration that goes beyond existing trading relationships and corporate scale, etc.
When doing so, we will also promote support such as advice on the introduction of telework and formulation of a BCP (business continuity plan) at business partners from the perspective of business continuity during disasters and work-style reforms.
In addition, in accordance with the “Rapidus Procurement Policy,” the Company intends to collaborate with partners to carry out business with consideration for issues in the supply chain such as the human rights of workers and the environment, and to reduce business risks and realize sustainable procurement activities. -
Compliance with “Promotion Standards”
We will comply with desirable trading practices between entrusting business operators and entrusted small and medium-sized business operators (the “promotion standards” pursuant to the Act on Promotion of Entrusted Small and Medium-sized Enterprises), including improvement of ordering methods, improvement of methods for determining consideration, improvement of price payment methods, improvement of transactions terms and conditions pertaining to molds, etc., protection of intellectual property rights, and ensuring proper transactions, etc., and we will actively engage in correcting trading practices and commercial practices that will obstruct the building of partnerships with business partners.

The Company will publish the Rapidus Procurement Policy on its website and strive for impartial, fair, and sustainable procurement activities.
