- Utilize advanced TCAD simulation tools to design, analyze, and optimize cutting‑edge semiconductor devices and processes.
Work closely with device engineers and integration engineers to accelerate technology development and improve device performance through simulation‑driven insights.
Key Responsibilities:
-Perform TCAD device and process simulations (e.g., Synopsys Sentaurus) to support device design and technology development.
-Develop and calibrate simulation models using experimental data and physical parameters.
-Analyze electrical characteristics, reliability behavior, and process variations using simulation frameworks.
-Explore new device architectures, materials, and process options to support technology innovation.
-Collaborate with cross‑functional engineering teams to translate simulation results into actionable recommendations.
-Automate simulation workflows and improve efficiency using scripting languages (Python, etc.). - 応募資格/応募条件
- Requirements:
-Practical experience with TCAD simulation tools (Sentaurus, etc.).
-Strong understanding of semiconductor device physics (MOSFET, power devices, memory, etc.).
-Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python.
-Communication skills, and ability to work in a collaborative environment.
Preferred Qualifications :
-Experience in advanced device technologies, such as: FinFET / GAAFET / CFET
-Hands‑on experience in semiconductor fabrication or characterization.
-Knowledge of process simulation (implant, diffusion, oxidation, etching, deposition). - 雇用形態

- Flex time: 40 hours weekly with start and end times between 9 am and 5:30 pm. 1 hour lunch break.

- We observe these paid holidays: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, the day after Thanksgiving, and Christmas. We observe founding anniversary (8/10) and employees may take personal holidays of their choice (up to 4 days, depends on the start date).
